There are, but we claim them in the US... except for your royalty and businessmen. We claim Aussies and Kiwis, too.

Curtis the Take Home Chef. I think he lives over here.
Pretty sure Dave Ramsay still lives over there although he comes here to do shows.

I can't think of any that LIVE here, why would they want to? Well, maybe for the weather, but that's it.

From Wiki:

In some countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, the April 1 tradition requires jokes to be played before midday: if somebody pulls an April Fools' Trick after midday, then the person pulling the trick is actually considered the fool.

From the State that you are in, you still posted after midday.

The only Dave Ramsay that I could find was a Yank. Could be meaning Gordon Ramsay (who's Scottish by birth) of course, but then can he really be classed as a celebrity if people can't remember his name

You are right!

This is the first time in my 45 years that I have ever heard of the "midday rule".
I guess this is just another thing that you Brits and this Yank are different about huh?

Same thing - wannabees. She has fake boobs and used to pose topless (nude?) and he can't sing - that's about it.

There even worse than Posh and Becks! (Not that Posh and Becks are that great). It's awful what qualifies people to be celebrities these days.

OK you Brits and others, why is it that you seem to know so much more about our celebs than we do about yours?

Are there any British celebrities, really?

The only one I can think of is Susan George...... that's going back to the '70s..... I don't even know if she's around anymore.

If she's in the same state that I'm in then she probably thinks it's still 4/1....
Oh, nevermind, you were talking about a state in America, not a state of mind.

I'ver never heard of the midday rule either.

Oh, I forgot about Kim and Aggie from How Clean is Your House? I loved watching that show when it was on Lifetime.

They're celebs and they were over here..... and probably overpaid. I don't know about oversexed..... I am pretty sure I don't want to know about that part.

I agree ~ they're not celebrities. You can keep them (and Jordan and Peter).
