We actually don't have Jordan and Peter Andre here...so you guys can keep em (fine we'll keep Posh and Becks) Kim has a new show here, it's funny. I like Jennifer Saunders (though not really her new show) but I don't know if she is classified as celebrity over there. I find that you guys have the same problem there as we do here, that all you have to do is take your top off, release some mediocre pop song or go on some silly reality show, and all of a sudden you're everywhere in the media as a celebrity.

She is funny though, but I like her better when she has Aggie with her. I wish they would have gone into homes that look "clean" and showed them how many germs are left behind too.

I don't know about celebrities, but I'd love to have Trinny and Suzanne do a makeover on me. I don't like the American what not to wear people.

Some of our big hit tv shows like Three's Company and All in the Family were copycat versions of British shows. Are there any American shows that were copied in the same way in the UK?

Having performed Improv myself, I can so appreciate the skill in the game, as well as the humor. I haven't watched t.v. in awhile but I like some of the old Brit-coms, too. For instance, Are You Being Served? I enjoyed Mr. Bean as a t.v. series but haven't seen the movie yet.

Out of interest... the Grand National was on today and it was hard to get away from it... do they televise it in the US?

Watched a series - apparantly in it's 4th or 5th season - called Wire in the Blood. It was a 2 hour season premiere, just not sure of which season. I thought it was very good. It must have a good audience to have lasted so long. The main star has the most beautiful green eyes I've ever seen. They've even greener than Daniel Day Lewis' eyes. I feel like I'm getting some of the slang words or at least a better understanding of what the "proper" usage of some words might be by watching some of the programs on the BBCA. Any of you watch you this series?

It's curious that BBC America has Wire In The Blood because here in the UK it's not a BBC programme!! I tend not to watch it because I'm not keen on Robson Green, but my dh likes the programme. Now, if you ever get a chance to watch Waking The Dead, go for it!! (it's about cold cases)

I like Cash in the Attic, but since it's on BBC, I don't get to see it. I think it also comes on PBS, but I'm not sure.

Cash in the attic has been on PBS, but it depends on your local PBS station. They don't all run the same programing.

I'm not familiar with Little Britain or Waking The Dead, but will keep my eyes open. Wire in the Blood is on the BBCA here. Is Robson Green the main character? I don't know the actors names yet. Just started watching it. There is another sitcom that I used to watch on the BBCA, but I can't remember the name of it. The father is a dentist, the mom is a little artsy-flaky (she was actually one of the professors in the first Harry Potter movie), and the oldest son is a buffoon - not sure, but I think there was a normal younger son. It was just their family life and all of it's quirkiness. Sometimes it was funny, other times not so much.

Yes! That's it! When I first got my hair cut, I took a picture of Zoe Wannamaker as an example of what I wanted done.
