***Note: This thread is not to interpret dreams or to condone same-sex relationships***

Hi Everyone. I am a 25yo Christian Female. I have been struggling with attraction to other woman for sometime now. I have had sexual intimacy with other women in the past but I repented and haven't for a few years now. My problem is I have very sexual dreams involviang women several times a week and I do find myself being attracted to some beautiful women. I don't condone this and know it's a sin. My question is how do I deal with this? I pray for the dreams and my attraction to go away. Are there any resources for christian women out there struggling with same sex attraction?

Mods: not sure where this should go so I understand if you have to move it.

A friend went through church in locating a therapist.

loveinaction.org---Has a very extensive web site, but there is a great deal of controversy in reparitive sex therapies. Do your research.

I pray that God blesses each step of your journey.

My heart goes out to you because I know it took a lot of courage to come here and bare your soul. I met a woman in Celebrate Recovery who had been in similar relationships, and had done counseling and Celebrate Recovery (both) and was doing very well last I talked with her. Just a thought. I've not been in similar situations, but can empathize. I wish you the best.
